Franciacorta is a small Italian region in the north of Italy which produces premium quality sparkling wine made in the traditional (Champagne) method. It’s so popular in its homeland that the Italians keep most of it for themselves, but they do let us have a little bit! We’re delighted to have three sparkling wines in the range from Ferghettina, the Brut, the Milledi and the Rosé .
The Ferghettina Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) The nose reveals hints of berries, fresh currants and toast, with more sweet berries and savoury flavours on the palate. Did we mention the presentation in a stunning square based bottle? A beautifully presented and charming Italian sparkler!
