Catena Alta is an assemblage of historic rows within the Catena family, where terroirs combine to produce outstanding, balanced wines.
The Catena Alta Malbec is sourced from historic plots across the family’s estate. Whole berry fermentation brings incredible vibrancy and concentration to the wine, with rich black fruits very much at the fore. 18 months’ ageing in French oak also adds complexity, with hints of spice, chocolate and cloves on the finish.
