The 15th century Château de Pocé, also called “la Châtellenie”, is situated on the north bank of the Loire river with south-facing vineyards. The wine is kept on fine lees for three to six months before filtering and bottling. It produces fresh grapefruit and orange aromas with pleasant weight, pithy texture and zingy acidity on the taste.
