Description

Another masterpiece from Kevin Judd. ‘Wild’ refers to the fermentation process which relies on wild yeasts to spontaneously start the fermentation. This natural process can produce a wine more expressive of its terroir, while also helping the wine to retain its purest fruit profile. Aromas of papaya, honeydew melon and ripe, golden quinces are balanced with a backbone of fresh acidity. A touch of lees ageing adds a beautiful rounded texture to this wine.
