Description
Zesty citrus fruit and lightly floral characters, with hints of apple and pear. Fresh, steely acidity and underlying mineral characters, balanced by notes of melon, stone fruit and a touch of fennel and spice.
From the town of Gavi, Piedmont in the North West of Italy. Corteses grapes are grown all over Piedmont but the vineyards surrounding Gavi are considered the best.
