The Les Forge vineyards are located on warm, south-east facing soils in the heart of Meursault – perfect for the ripening of Chardonnay. The wine is fermented in new oak barrels followed by a period of around 15 months’ lees ageing. It’s a rich, beautifully balanced and full-bodied Chardonnay with rounded buttery and nutty flavours.
