As well as offering fantastic value for money wines, Funkstille are also committed to producing their wines as sustainably as possible. They use grape skins to make their own fertiliser, manure and straw from their fields to improve the soil structure and vitality of their vines, and then they bottle all of their wines in a lightweight bottle.
