Description
Generous red and dark fruits on the nose — raspberry, plum and redcurrant. On the palate it is medium-bodied with soft, rounded tannins, moderate acidity and a smooth finish, offering flavours of berry, plum and gentle earthy, savoury undertones of blackcurrant, spice and cedar.
Easy-drinking and versatile to have with grilled, roasted or barbecued lamb, beef or pork, tomato-based dishes or mature cheeses.
