Description
Delicious sun drenched Cabernet from northern Lodi, where a little maritime influence keeps things cool and helps to extend the growing season. This results in a greater complexity of flavours, so you can expect layers of black fruits, blackcurrant, cassis, notes of cedar and a lovely rich mouthfeel.
The team behind the project include American music veterans, Pat Corcoran and Tim Smith. Pat spent many years travelling to Sonoma where he formed a close relationship with owners of Scribe Winery. His passion and enthusiasm turned his hobby into something a little more serious, and in 2022 the UK became the first export market for No Fine Print Cabernet.
