Easy-going wine with fresh, fruit-rich Chenin that contributes crisp apple and pear whilst the Viognier brings softness with hints of peach and gentle florals. Smooth finish – perfect bottle to reach for as the sun fades and lovely with simply a bowl of crisps on the sofa or roast chicken and veggie stir-frys.
A portion of the Chenin Blanc is wild yeast fermented and kept on these yeast lees which creates a length, juicy, rounded palate and finish.
